my family and I had a wonderful stay at fairfield inn. the breakfast was excellent—food was hot and fresh! the shampoo and body wash they provided felt amazing. the location was super convenient, especially for our trip to the football hall of fame.

We loved our time here! The breakfast was sooo good—everything was fresh and hot. The staff was super chill and friendly. Doreen made sure the dining area was spotless. Our room was spacious and tidy, though the snack bar could use a bit more variety. Overall, a solid spot for families!

Housekeeping missed the mark by not restocking essentials like towels and toiletries without request. The indoor hot tub didn't have functioning jets during my stay, which was a letdown considering it was a selling point. Additionally, the pool's cleanliness left much to be desired, making it less inviting for a dip. On top of that, there were some issues with the room layout. faded curtains and a musty smell didn’t help the ambiance either. Despite these hiccups, I felt the overall structure could use some TLC to align with the higher price point.

During my stay at Fairfield Inn & Suites Canton, I found the lobby welcoming with its bright decor and easy access to snacks and beverages, which is wonderful for seniors. The entire facility was also clean and well-maintained.

We just spent four nights here and really enjoyed the indoor pool and the relaxing hot tub. The breakfast had a great selection including cheese omelettes and waffles, making mornings pleasant. Just a heads-up, the jets in the hot tub weren't working during our stay, but overall, we had a lovely time! 😊

This place suits me perfectly with free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a fitness centre. The staff helped me with late check-in on my first visit, which I appreciated. Highly recommend it! I'm coming back for a weekend.
